Disable song CRUD buttons on empty song #54

With the empty default song current, pressing the Edit button crashes the ap. Edit, delete and share doesn't make sense for an empty song. The buttons should never be active.

WONTFIX

Invalid as we'll show the welcome screen instead of using the empty song. That should be going away.
