CRUD Bar Dialog

Create a dialog to receive input for a new bar. Use the same dialog for new bar, and edit bar.

New bar should open with repeat bars for each beat. User can select a beat which enables the buttons to add a chord.

Prominent b uttons should be chords in the current key, and any other chords used in the song.

Also provide:

• Text box to type in the chord
• Mechanism to clear a selected chord. Only enabled when an actual chord is selected.
• Text box for a bass note
• Buttons/combo box to select a modifier
