How to access swagger? #1

I have completed the 2 steps. More Instructions please.

This is so old I can't even remember how to use CakePHP, so bear with me.

You should be able to just browse to /api/docs, per the included routes.php file.

If you'd like to PR an amendment to the documentation (or any of the code for that matter - i don't know if this still works?) that would be awesome.
