New List: Multiple Platform Tree View #202

A new list report should be created if possible.

Only game titles with multiple platforms will be listed.  This list will have 
the game title on the left, and then on the right side will be a listing of the 
platforms that it's available on.  It will then list which of these platforms 
has certain information filled out.  Things like Fanart, covers, screenshots, 
Overview, and banners.

This will be useful for things like fanart sharing between multiple platformed 
games.
