We need to replace the paypal button with a Browse button.

The minor frontend update will take care of this... suggest we mark this ticket 
as completed once the new update has gone live ;)

This has been completed for the main site, however, when in Blog view, the old 
nav bar still remains including the paypal button.

I know this wordpress theme was hacked together a bit, but we might want to 
update it to the new UI if possible.
