Admin Control Panel Option - Add New Platform Icon #243

Right now we have the ability to add new platforms via the Admin Control Panel. 
 You just type in the name of the platform and click add.  However, you still 
have to manually upload icon PNG files for the platform, and tell it what to be 
called in the database.

Support for image uploading should be added here.
Note: The platform images that are required are currently four different sizes. 
 16x16, 24x24, 32x32, and 48x48.
