Page refresh after image upload creates duplicates #245

If you refresh the page after an image has been uploaded to the site, the site 
attempts to upload the same image again.  This creates duplicates, and other 
issues.

This is kind of a big deal since people can refresh our site all they want and 
have no idea that they are causing problems.

This change might be able to be delayed since we are looking to go to a 
moderation queue.  https://code.google.com/p/thegamesdb/issues/detail?id=264

Users will still be uploading images, but not directly to game pages.
