Remove Vignette Feature

I vote that we remove the vignette feature, process, and images from the site.  
This is something that was used by thetvdb and I have never seen it be used for 
our site or by any 3rd party program.

Vignette images are taking up over 1GB of storage on our server currently.  
Also, when fanart gets added to the site, the site has to run the vignette 
creation process witch adds to load on the server and therefore website speed.  
Removal of this will be a good thing I think.

Things that need to be removed:

-API references to Vignette
-Remove vignette image files from server
-Remove the code that creates vignette images when art is uploaded (fanart 
only?)

I have confirmed that the feature has been removed.  The wording in the wiki 
documents needs to be taken out still as well to avoid confusion.  I can start 
working on this as soon as I get a chance.
