Admin List - New Game Titles #265

Admins/Moderators should be able to see a list of recently added game titles.  
This list should ONLY track newly submitted titles and order them by date.

The purpose of this is so that we can moderate the titles and make sure 
spelling and punctuation is correct.  If the spelling or punctuation for the 
title is incorrect, we can see if the game has already been correctly entered, 
and then remove this new duplicate.

This list should also state what user submitted the game so that they can be 
alerted if it gets deleted or altered.

r366 completes the first part of this ticket.  We still need to add what user 
submitted the game, and list the date that it was added.
