Make game ID more obvious on the game's detail page #281

Following in the same design paradigm in Mediabrowser for movies and tv shows.
I've added the feature in gamebrowser II to have [tgdbid=xxxx] in the games
folder name in explorer. This will allow the user to assign an id to a game and
have it download metadata. There are a few reasons the user might want to do
this. Among them are when a game can't be found using the api search for
whatever reason. Or the game doesn't exist for a particular platform and they
wish to assign another platforms version of the game...

So what am I actually asking for. Since we don't have the game ID in the url,
can we place it somewhere on the games details page. Right now the only
workaround I've found is to click on an image and determine the id from the url
of the image.
