Add support for game & platform localisation #283

We need to add localisation support for games and platforms (actors-future 
planned?)

Each game would share the same ID across multiple regions, users would be able 
to set a default region of their choosing, and can override this using controls 
which show up on a games page if it has info and artwork for multiple regions 
(this game is also available in en-us, en-uk, jp, fr, de, etc..).

We need to discuss which regions/languages to support and discuss potential 
character encoding issues for non-latin languages (Cyrillic / Oriental).
