We should develop a system to allow moderated and trusted parties to assist in
the manual tagging of regions in currently existing artwork.
Access to this system will be restricted to selected individuals.
The micro-system will be able to allow these individually to quickly and easily
tag the artwork without having to visit each games page, it will also provide
general reporting on the number of images left to tag, list them and be
sortable/filterable by platform.
