This looks like a particular article, and while it looks like a useful one, I try not to aggregate individual blog posts (otherwise it would just get too long and crazy). That said, blogs posts are indexed blog-wide as part of the blog area of the site - is this blog already listed in Discover .NET?

No, I'm sorry - I can't merge this in. As explained above, individual blog posts are not appropriate for the resources section of the site. Please feel free to open a new PR with this entire blog under the blog section if you'd like to add the blog as a whole, which I hope you'll consider as it looks like there are some helpful posts there.
