Added a New Layout #31

New layout with Zerb Foundation. The text from the front page in now all pages in the sidebar and text front the bottom that this site looks like trash has been removed.

Just pushed some updates that made the tests pass. Travis Failed the built to do issue with the GitHub API.

Travis says it doesn't pass, but I think that's probably from missing the Github client ID and secret. I cloned your version, ran it locally, ran the tests, and it passes fine. So, I'll take it! Thank you very much!

The framework choice is actually perfect; I've been meaning to learn Zurb Foundation, watched the new Railscast on it, inspected just how you did everything, and will probably tweak it like crazy myself. Just hope I don't make it all fugly again. ;-)
