Release tags on github #31

Please add tags for all the releases so far to the git repo.

(And think about adding a Flattr button to the project so that people can throw some gratitude your way).

I'm still transitioning from svn to git. I have 0.4.0 tags on my repos here, but not sure how I make them show up on GitHub. Luckily, I have a handy git book, I'll go dig that up. Thanks!

Good suggestion on the button, I hadn't considered it.

Tags pushed to GitHub... So easy, too. Will think more on the button...
