joSlider CSS fix #35

Added CSS to make joSlider appear and work. Mostly based on joToggle CSS.

I thought CSS was included for 0.4.1, is it not showing up?

The CSS is missing from the 4.1 download on the jo site, last I checked. It is here on github though. Sorry for the confusion.

Ahh, I really need to put out a 0.4.2 zip. :)
