Feature: JSON file output #11

The low hanging fruit is the index of terms (basically, stuff in H1 tags) dumped to a JSON array. Not sure what the TOC would look like as JSON data, but maybe a dump of the directory tree parsed along with sections in each would be useful enough to build some sweet JS stuff.

Cool, JSON! Would like the JSON keyword index also have local URLs so we can map to the appropriate file.
