Allow use of HTML templates #8

Need to set up some sort of template system for html_head to use.

Yeah, lower priority, but should have a --template option which points to an html file with at least $input in it (and probably change the variable name first to something like $body). Would like to keep this simple-simple (and set perl-based html templating technology back about 15 years).
