SOW - GT is wanting this to be a hybrid of his document (on Google drive - please review) and what @Supzz2 has been working on.

[x] completion of Non-Disclosure Agreement and any Intellectual Property concerns
[x] SoW should be signed/initialed by your client
[x] Provide our version of SoW or template
[ ] Make the agreement with clients
[ ] Finally sign the SoW
