Development Environment setup

• [x] Provide feedback to clients about the node requirement
• [x] setup the developing environment
• [x] add instructions of setting up onto github

We have update the github repo for developing project and already setup the environment. Also, we have some basic demo for smart contract.

Need to mention, we still have not received the clients' feedback on the environment, so we setup our own developing machine on server.
