add some docs #39

For #38 I went ahead and got started with

I marked WIP some of those because the link routing doesn't seem to be working for the documentation although, it works for examples.

Also it looks like sutil.dev is different to what I'm seeing on my fork and I'm not sure if I'm missing something

in any case this can get us started

Thanks Angel. Yes, I have a bunch of doc commits to make, and I've got distracted with getting all the samples working with the repl. I will get everything synced up as soon as I can
