Some creatures have stopped moving

Strangely for some reason some of the creatures have stopped moving and instead just sit around saying stuff.

I believe that this is due to some bugs in the move_around function.

I thought we fixed this but a player encountered this again today, so I'm not sure. We should also check on the swallows in the air quest.
