Parser not returning oIDO #196

This mostly affects the put command, which is essential for interacting with objects in the world. It's still finding an sIDO, but we need to figure why it isn't finding the oIDO.

Actually this seems to be limited to the soigna spell, not to the put command. More investigation is needed, but this makes this a much less important issue.

This was fixed in a recent commit.
