Documentation links don't resolve on pypi.org #7

The main readme on pypi.org found at: https://pypi.org/project/openinverter-can-tool/ has links to additional documentation for CAN message mappings and shell completion. The links are bogus as only the README.md is published there.

These links work fine on github.

Fixed in the doc updates for v0.2.0
