As a user I want to be able to enter settings so that I can have my application notify when I need to enter vital signs, so I can permit care givers to access my account, so I can instruct my application who to transmit my data, etc.

how many times -- once daily, twice daily, three times daily, four times daily, ad lib

care giver notification -- should the application notify the care giver if vital signs are not entered or meds are not entered.
