Submitted this early by accident. Lets make an ant script to
- Build Vizlib and the shells
- Build Viz App
- Build all of the environments and obfuscate them
- Copy everything to the right place

This script could even have a "init" task that checks out RLViz and RL-Glue 
from the
repositories.
