Robust error checking #123

There can be alot of errors that occur in the proving app that arent accounted 
for right now. The 
app starts rlglue, but what happens if rlglue isnt compiled. It could also 
happen that there was 
errors in transfering the mdp jars, etc. We should be more robust in our error 
handleing.

This is an ongoing issue, It has been merged with the Graceful crashing. 
Marking as duplicate.
