Closing proving app #124

The proving app now starts rlglue etc, so we are now only able to run 1 
experiment. This means 
that after the experiment is done, the app must be closed and reopened in order 
to run another 
experiment. We should have a nice way of closing the app when its done, perhaps 
a dialog box that 
pops up with a close button or something?
