Leaderboard results != Summary Results #132

At least in mountain car, the summary results of number of episodes is not
the same as the number on the leaderboard.  Similarly, the totals for
Return don't match between the leaderboard and the helicopter summary.

Get to the bottom of this fast.

I changed how/when this is printed out, and the numbers appeared to change. 
This change fixed the Time bug, 
so im hoping it fixed the other results bugs.

turns out there was an error in both... go figure. Both are now fixed!
