Update Via and Contact while Regstering #4

Hi,

I have UA registered with Server and after sometime IP is changed so I want to refresh registration with my new local IP so user TPTAG_REUSE(0) which creates new transpprt but Via header and contacts are not updated even i use NUTAG_SIPS_URL(contactstring) .

What shall be the issue and how can i fix this .
