Added "TwoThirds" battery level, and made the "oneThird" level amber in colour in the GUI app.
Fixed typo for 2 hour and 3 hour boost from the system tray app.
Added support for smart plugs in both GUI and system tray app.
Added support for "offline" devices
Added support for rooms that have no TRV's, only plugs.
