Do not download Refseq genomics #1

Hello, I want to install glimmer-mg but I don't know where I'm suppposed to indicate the path to the Refseq library I already have on my server? Thank you

Hi,

To be honest, I'm not 100% sure. That aspect of installation is controlled by Phymm. Whenever I reinstall Glimmer-MG, I just download RefSeq again, allowing Phymm to set up the data exactly how it wants it. The RefSeq download should only take ~15 minutes.
