Overwrites the .ufo folder #1

I am trying this extension to see if I can load a UFO, edit the glyphs, save to UFO. I have the opentype tables in multiple .fea files refered from a main features.fea file in .ufo folder. but everytime we save(generate UFO), the .ufo folder get deleted and recreated. all files get deleted and new features.fea generated. That file is different from my features.fea.

Any suggestions?

One way to get the ttf/otfs builds correct is to instruct the python script to load the UFO, remove the opentype rules and merge the features from an outside folder. That will work, except, the UFO will not be complete for any other font editor to open with opentyle tables.
