Open resource dashboard and form from status bar (#56)

As discussed in #56, I added the possibility for users to open the dashboard and the resource edit form from the status bar.

Changes

• Feature: Open resource dashboard by clicking anywhere on the status bar
• Feature: Open resource edit form by clicking on a resource in the status bar while pressing CTRL
• Style: Style changes to reflect the interactivity with the status bar
• Chore: Add build scripts
• Chore: Remove unused files to reduce module size
  • Unused CSS files and maps
  • sass-watch binary (the same can be achieved by running npm run build:watch/yarn build:watch)
