Import Septuagint (LXX) #1

The plan is to introduce the LXX as an additional text.

1. Source:
The Septuagint (LXX) is available from 
ccat.sas.upenn.edu/gopher/text/religion/biblical/lxxmorph/ with CCAT parsing 
information.

2. Problems:
The CCAT parsing scheme differs considerably from Robinson's codes which our 
Tischendorf text uses. We will need to decide whether to integrate schemes, 
have different scheme options or develop a parsing lattice (cf.

3. Further Thoughts:
A dictionary for the LXX will also need to be sourced and imported.

The LXX would be a great benefit alongside the WLC so hopefully after the first 
release we can begin working on importing it.

An additional item of consideration is that the SBLGNT has been added to J 
Tauber's morphgnt project and the parsing system he uses is very close (not 
identical) to that of CCAT.
