Do not show full changelog in package control update summary #208

As title says, do not show changelog for all versions when updating plugin, it's a pretty big list

Why does it matter that it's a big list?

First, annoying a little, I didn't remember what the previous version was, also there are sometimes other changelogs under, and I need to scroll to them. Is this hard to do?
