badge display whitelist? #5

It would be useful for an institution running WPBadgeDisplay to be able to configure a whitelist of badges that they allow to be displayed on their site. If a user has many different badges associated with their account already, it may not be appropriate to display those on their site.. for example, the "Poker Allstar" may be inappropriate to display on say a student profile.

One idea for achieving this is to specify the issuer origin in the plugin configuration, so you could display only from a specific domain or set of domains. For example, only http://www.cuny.edu and http://www.mozilla.org

That's a great idea. If a user wanted to display a badge from an issuer that wasn't on the whitelist, they could contact the site and request it be added.

Since it sounds like anyone will be able to issue an open badge, there could definitely be situations where an inappropriate badge might be displayed on a site with a different intended audience, like your student example, especially for younger kids. I guess the owner of the badge would be the one initiating the display of the badge.

Would they be able on their WordPress site to select which of their Open Badges should display or would it be an all or nothing? Maybe that's something the local WordPress site would have to handle or is that part of the current or future functionality of the WPBadgeDisplay plugin?

Thanks for your great work with this!
