What's the algorithm in the scoring system? #1

Hi Dave

Thanks for releasing the Table Tennis scoring system to Github, I am interested in working out the algorithm for the scoring, but I can't find it in the source tree, are you able to point me to the correct area and explain how the points been calculated?
