Fix #32 by implementing ee.Image.panSharpen and ee.ImageCollection.panSharpen
Fix #35 by implementing ee.Image.matchHistogram
Add docs, tutorials, and tests for pan-sharpening and histogram matching

Let me know if there's anything I can do to improve it :)
