Use `panSharpen` and `matchHistogram` from `ee_extra` #57

Now that I finally finished migrating these features over to ee_extra, we can use those and the implementations in eemont can be removed. I can make a PR, unless you've already started working on this @davemlz :)

I know there's still a question of the best way to implement the metrics module in eemont, so I won't touch that yet.

That's great! I haven't started, so, if you want to do it, please, be my guest! :D

In the case you need the metrics in one way or another: use them as you need :)
