Add the MP4s to the motivational exercises. In the motivational exercises, add link to mindfulness tracks, free code and disclaimer. Add images from Photovoice to motivational exercises.

Q1 - answered in another issue.

Q2: text: The PhotoVoice Project was a research collaboration which investigated the effects of the physical environment on people’s recovery experiences. Participants (community members at the Serenity Cafe in Edinburgh) captured elements of their environment that affect their recovery, both positively and negatively using photographs. Individual and group narratives have been used to highlight different aspects of recovery in Edinburgh. The pictures you see here have were included in the PhotoVoice exhibition created in 2015. We wish to thanks those involved in the project for allowing us to include their art in ARC Edinburgh app.

Are these meant to be new items in the Motivation & Reflection list or as part of the existing 3 items?

am998 commented 8 years ago

HI Andrew, I only just came across this today. The version of the app I have this is a new item. Also though the list that is there is incorrect. It should be (from home screen)Reflection->Motivational Exercises(there was a typo here before) -> Menu list. he menu list currently reads 1 minute breathing, Mindful observation, touch points. These were sort of place holders. The new menu list should have these and add to the list 'Audio(3 min): mindfulness', 'Audio 11min: Mindful Relaxation' and 'Audio(11 min): Self confidence', and 'PhotoVoice Images'.

Hope that makes it clearer.
