Get rid of unnecessary stuff, like:

orig.microsoft.README.md
DELETEMELATER.md

Code / Warnings:

Generator/IFullTextGenerator stuff
namespace/proj "Features" => "MoqGenerator"
namespace "Features.MoqGenerator" => "Services"
namespace/proj "UnitTests.Features" => MoqGenerator.UnitTests
projectstructure.md

Other:

CONTRIBUTING.md
client/package.json cleanup extra contributes (to client) stuff
client/package.json give this thing a real name (and update Constants.cs)

deferring the last part (giving the extension a real name) but got the rest of these done...
