Add tiptop to the list #9

I'm hesitant to add this one as, in Textual terms, it's quite old and is based on the pre-0.2.0 version of Textual (so before CSS was introduced). As a place for people to go look at code and learn about Textual it couldn't be a good choice.

Okay. That's a shame since it's a neat project. But it's also understandable
