CP866 guides are not properly displayed #1

Russian codepages: DOS: CP866. Windows 3.1: CP1251. Guides are in CP866.

I identified "Convert OEM to ANSI" makes things worse. (Some CP850 mentioned by automatic decoder)

If I disable "Convert OEM to ANSI" then Online automatic decoder saying: convert from CP1251 to CP866. Don't know what it means.

I'm not sure I quite follow what the report is saying. However, there's a wider issue here that I no longer have any of the tools required to build WEG, so I'm afraid I'm not in a position to even try and address what the issue may be. I hardly even use Windows these days I'm afraid.
