Four things here.

Fix for handicap stone placement.
Modification of .gitignore for Vim users.
New "goto move" functionality for history.
New ability to set the komi at the start of the game, including a slightly rearranged get-going.html.

I just updated this request to include commit 116d3d4075a87a830d7027364382b0ca1a52b5ce, which adds support for selecting the komi at the start of the game. Note that this change rearranges get-going.html somewhat.

Still looking at all of this, which is awesome. Didn't have the time last weekend to really dig in, but I'm excited to get it all pushed live.

I just added 2a0300678bbf5b40aa32f673d1bf354446ea194b to deal with a possible error handling issue in go.js for "goto_move"... I'll leave it alone now until you decide what to do with the changes so far.

Done and done! I had to make a few fixes (a syntax error in one commit prevented new games from being created, and I had a couple minor thoughts on layout,) but for the most part this was awesome!
