8/13 Bug Fixes & Enhancements

Various bug fixes and enhancements, as mentioned in the Project Roadmap:

Updated README with Firebase emulator & deployment info
Users now have separate avatars (matches/updates with Google account) and bio pics (customizable through the app)
Improved frontend error handling (error boundary + outer try/catch + custom error pages)
Working Firebase authentication (see cvu-portfolio-app-firebase)
Smoother transition after creating a new collection
Bio pics are now properly deleted after replacement
No more "No collections yet" while collections are still loading
No more Drive errors when removing collections - Closes #14
Artifacts all have set author_ids for Firebase security
Comments all have set post_author_ids for Firebase security
