Thanks @omniwolf for the update to getOpenOrders.

Other than that various dependency upgrades. Outstanding is upgrading sinon, chai, eslint etc which are all quite major upgrades. In which case that might be put off to a version 2 in which I'd like to upgrade this all to modern typescript.
