Emit the Court Term that the case is grouped under on Wikipedia #19

It would good code an additional variable for the Court Term (i.e., 2017, 2011, ...) that the case is grouped under on Wikipedia. We can't rely on the date of the decision for this because the Court's calendar runs from October-June (a decision in May 2010 will be in the "2009 Term".
