[2.2.09] No device detected ios 16.7.7 #30

I have windows firewall disabled (but whitelisted GeoPort anyway according to the FAQ) iPhone is connected via USB to windows PC, unlocked, and 'allow' selected on tether popup

But I cannot see the device at all, with no indication of why in the console logs
