Join AFL data to AFL tables #5

There's no join index between player stats in AFL data and AFL tables

Fixed join data fram and created join function https://github.com/davescroggs/footyStats/commit/09ced6cb662bb4c2aadb151147a1840bf3fd7e0c

Some playerIds have different names associated with them. Ian Hill and Bobby Hill for GWS is 2019 and 2020 is the same player.

Reuben William's name is spelled wrong in round 16 2016.

Need to be careful when joining it doesn't create dupe rows.
